Where large surface medieval entertainment back to the rescue, the first Festival of the Flame to Felletin invites thirty artists and musicians to agree about the delivery of 30 flags which remain hooked in 3 months the streets of the city.
For once the abstraction is honored in a festival, like the medieval heraldry, without defining a common language or reference to any heraldry.
The highlight of the event will be held in the streets of Felletin Friday, July 10 with the establishment of a creative workshop of flags by the artists with the expected participation of the population at a rate of music. The hanging will take place on Saturday or the following days.
The event, sponsored by the City of Felletin and MAIF is sponsored by Accelerator cultural association based in Nanterre and organized by Célil'art , an association of artists based in the Creuse, will be accompanied throughout the three months of exposure in the city with signs that viewers can record their impressions and observations.
Flags will be exhibited in posting on the front of the Bibliothèque François Mitterrand to the exhibition "And as Art" at the City of Refuge Street Cantagrel, 75013 Paris at in November.
